Serpintine Belt

My A/C compressor on my 90 Pioneer went. I never use the A/C and I don't want to shell out the cash for a new compressor, refridgerant, and all that nonsense. Is there an aftermarket "shorty" serpintine belt out there? Goodyear or some other brand? Thanks

Re: Serpintine Belt

I believe the AC was optional in those, so try asking the parts shop for a belt for the same make, model etc, but NO AC!

Re: Serpintine Belt

It appears that the Jeep part number for no A/C is: 5300 2900. That assumes you have the 6 cyl.

Just go to Autozone.com Or any big parts store near you that is online and look up your vehicle wthout AC. Shouldnt be a problem.

Do you have a 6-cylinder? And if so, did this fix work? Looking at the routing diagram, it looks tough to do it correctly. Thanks for any advice.
