87 Pathfinder Help !

Ok I have this 87 Pathfinder. It ran sweet. I gave it to my son. He took it in for a tune-up. The mechanic said when he moved some wires it would run funny ??? SO,,, he decided the plug to the AIR METER (Mass-Airflow-Sensor) was bad and he cut it off and put spade clips on the wires. This didn't work at all so he decided the AIR METER (Mass-Airflow-Sensor) must be bad and changed that. That didn't work so we Paid a $200 bill for nothing and TOWED IT back home ???????

I started with a running Pathfinder ??????.

PLEASE LOOK AT YOUR PATHFINDER. I need to know the colors of the wires going to your Air Meter. Your Throttle Body injection looks like a carburetor, On the drivers side it has a black plastic box with 4 wires going to it. Those are the wires ! I need to know what the order is !
My box is marked A,B,C,D or just top to bottom is fine ,,,, HELP !
