I have to sell my 1991 300zx na with 73k miles (a whole bunch of court expenses). Damn it sucks!!! It will be a big shock for me as i will have to go from a z32 to a v6 stang. Damn mustangs suck!!! I guess i will have to wait 2-3 years before i can get me another 300zx. I will always be a z-man!

that really sucks dude. i would do anything in my power to not sell my z no matter what. there has to be some other way to come up with the money.

This is probably a stupid question but:

Why not sell the Mustang and keep the Z if you like the Z and don't want the Mustang? What is the exact situation that causes this decision?

Well i was in an accident where the driver of my car hit a u-haul truck at 110 mph. Now the drivers parents dont want to take responsibility for what their son did and wants everyone to go to jail that was in the car (it was a 91 2+2, 4 people were in the car). I had to go to court and i had to get a good lawyer, those bitches are expensive. Well anyways, after court, about 4 months later eveyone that was in the car receives a letter saying that they are being sued by the drivers parents.

This is why i have to sell the 300zx, not only, because the money but also the "bad memories" the judge told me i had to get rid of which is bulldshit, if u ask me!

Also around here the 300zx will sell for more than the stang because for some reason the 300zx's are selling like hot cakes, u cant find any where i live like mine for less than 11k, and 11k is a damn good bit of money!

But i know for sure i will be able to buy anohter 300zx someday, my mom knows how much i loved my car, so she told me once i graduate collage she would get me a 350z, but i think i would want a 300zx tt more so, hehehehe.

yeah i can vouch for that. people get behind the wheel of a nice car and dont know what to do with theirselves.

also, 99 times out of 100 you can fight that. what grounds does the kids parents have for suing the other passengers? for telling him to drive faster or something??? WTF. i think you should be able to get out of that one and have a counter-claim for court fees and pain & suffering. then you can take that 11k + whatever you got for pain & suffering and buy yourself a nice TT. sounds like a deal if i have ever seen one.
