I need help. I have a 67 continental and I've replaced the battery, batt terminals, ground wire, coil and I've installed a push button starter. it still won't start. It sounds like it's just not getting enough juice to turn over. It's making the same sounds as a car with an almost dead battery.
It's making me crazy. All gaskets are new, water pump is new, fresh oil, etc. I can turn the crank manually so it's not seized. Any suggestions?

Getting started
Most of the time on Ford products if the engine is not stuck, but won't turn over, it is a faulty starter relay. Follow the positive battery cable to the relay on the passenger side front fender. Using a jumper cable or something large enough to handle the amperage load, touch the two posts on the relay. If the starter is good(I assume it is), the engine has to turn over. If it does, replace the starter relay. If this does not fix the problem it would then most likely be the nuetral safety switch. Try moving the gear selector back and forth a few times trying it in park and nuetral. If it still wont turn over, replace the safety switch.
