Re: dash paint problem
definently take it out to make sure you get everything coated the same amount, instead of guessing whether you got the front part near the windshield coated to match the rest. May take a little longer to do but it will be well worth the time and effort. And I would spray it on so you don't get brush marks.

Re: dash paint problem
how do you take off the dash though. Doesnt it take a whole day to do it. My cusin is a member here. I think his member name is 95civicdx or 95dx civic. I'm thirteen and I'm into cars as well, every time he is working on his car I stick around to learn. One day he was trying to take off his dash and he thought it was easy but he found out it was harder than it looked like. He quit half way and put everything back together because he couldnt figure out how to do it.

Re: dash paint problem
yeah it is a pain, there are a lot of hidden screws and stuff, the best thing to do is get a manual (like Helms) and it has pictures of where all the screws are. Also on Honda-tech there are a few walkthroughs on how to do it that would probably help. But this definently isn't a 1 day thing, so if you can't go without driving the car for 2 or 3 days then don't even bother.
