Re: performance headers

Well lets see....

I dont think mugen makes one for a d-series. Obx...eh? DC is good and greddy. I dont know what you're lookin for exactly on where you want power. Search and you'll find lots of infos.

obx's have a lot of horror stories

go with the dc 4-2-1, they have a decent header

I found a nice pair off Ebay. 100% stainless steel- no bull, cost about $105 shipped.
Shop said it was a real nice set, all the flanges sanded down real nice.
I'll have some pixs in a few days. not sure if they would fit the si.
im sure hes got somthin else

You must be high. Aerospeed sells decent stuff. I'd trust them before OBX but that's just my opinion. I've been using Aerospeed adjustable springs for 2.5 years now without a hitch with some pretty intense driving and they have never given me any problems. I also have an RS Racing Muffler made by Aerospeed and it's okay too... SS with decent welds. Don't listen to all the hype...

If you want my 2 cents, get a ceramic coated DC header because I know for a fact it'll sustain high temperatures including a fire...

You're only stating your opinion...fine. But heres what i've seen with my eyes....

Both are shitty products. Oh and my friend did have there coilovers and it CRACKED in 4 months after he had them installed. Trust me i wouldn't diss the products unless i've seen them fucked up. My boys obx header for the b16 cracked from the welded flange. So yeh i think that says it all.

Re: performance headers

My friend has an Aerospeed coilovers and a header. He's had them for about 8 months now and they are both still perfect. If your on a budget then I would say go with a generic name header, but if you got the $$$ please get a DC Ceramic 4-2-1 header.

Re: performance headers

i've had my obx set up (header & catback) for almost 2 years and everything is fine...the catback system just needed the holes drilled bigger.
