th350 tailshaft swap

I have a truck with long tail th350 (reverse is out), but ive got a good th350 short tail. How complicated is it to change the tailshafts?

Get or just read the Haynes Manual for GM trannys at any parts store. The photos and details are very helpfull. It is not really difficult. Good Luck
