block heater istallation

Could anybody tell me where and how exactly to install a block heater in a camry 95 AT 2.2 l 5SFE SVX!0.

Normally, a block heater is inserted in a freeze plug instead of the plug. You drain the coolant, pull a freeze plug that is out of the way and as centrally located as possible, and install the heater with sealant, and a hammer with some sort of large socket or pipe that fits the OD of the heater plug. Doing this, you make sure the inside portion doesn't touch anything.
