1990 S-10 Tahoe Pick-up(2.8 engine)

Check gauges light came on and seconds later the pick-up cut off. The fuel is not reaching the injectors. My husband replaced the 2 relays for the injectors but the gas pump is not making a noise.. He also changed the fuel pump but STILL no noise. Could anyone give us advice on what we need to do or check...

Check all fuses and power feeds first.

No relays for injectors and only one relay for fuel pump.
EMC-1 fuse powers injectors.
EMC-B fuse powers fuel pump relay.
