98 Exp Sport starting problems

I have a 1998 Explorer sport. Recently I've had a few instances where my truck battery is dead. Turn it over, click, click but no power. Jump the battery and its find.
But this has happened a number of times now. Is it the battery, starter ?

Any help would be great.
