Turbocharged B18b People Please Read

ok...i am going to be turbocharging my 95' LS. If you have turbocharged your LS before, tell me what fuel management system you went with. because i am getting like a 100 different people telling me i should go with about a 100 different FMS's. I have heard to go with, uberdata, AEM, SAFC(or vafc if you are going to go LS/VTEC, which i am in the future), hondata, and many more. i think i am either going to go with the VAFC controller or hondata...i dont know if i want to go uberdata. what does everyone else say??? thanks for your opinions...

-SOON to be putting in a JDM B16 hydraulic tranny with lightened flywheel and stage III clutch
-SOON to be "home made" turbo charging (goal = 12psi)
-GOAL = 250-300hp with stock internals(probably not reachable)

Which sucks cause my boy blew up his motor put'n 197 to the wheels and he has hondata uninstalled. He couldn't find anyone in chicago that knows how to tune it! I posted his dyno back at the 4th gen forum.

i see the page, but i don't believe it. b18c5 with stock internals with boost and nitrous pushing out 424whp? thats too hard to believe, that thing should have blown a long time ago without any internal work. i want to see his setup.

i looked on that website, all i see is that its chassis is a type r, doesnt say anything about the motor, all say n/a. so that doesnt prove that its a stock internal type r motor, all that proves to me is that he has a type r chassis.

now not saying that the car isnt fast or deserves props cause it does

but with a compression that high and the amount of boost he would need to run, the stock interals like trans said should ahve blown up long ago

Re: Turbocharged B18b People Please Read

yea. He's currently getting an upgraded tranny right now. And I have no clue why we havnt put any of the info up on it yet... the sites been up for a while. But I garuntee its all good. Its a b18c5 motor /w turbo. He's not spurting nitrous, he just has the N-tercooler kit.

The car also isnt his daily driver. if anything, feel free to post on the forum at www.revolutionms.com and i'm sure the crew could answer alot fo your questions
