Boring out a dohc zc.....
Anyone know how far a zc block can be bored? Its possible that i might do a lil somethin to one of my engines. So if anyone knows, give me some info.

if you can bore a b series 4mm on stock sleeves, i'd say you could probably bore a D16 (ZC) to 77mm atleast, I havent heard of anybody going over 79mm on a d series

who told you that you can bore stock sleeves to 85mm from 81mm ? because they told you wrong, it is not recommended to bore stock sleeves more then .5mm so 81.5mm on b series. i would assume its around the same with d series.
if you want to go bigger, get it sleeved then you can go alot bigger bore |
