Well the GSR has way more turbo apps, than the LS, so i would say go with the GSR, GREDDY has a good one out for it right now that runs like 3 grand, and it dynos at 255whp.

turbo ls or gsr
They do make more turbos for the gsr, but you may want to go with the ls. Because if you turbocharge a car, you have to start with a low compression ratio. This is because when you do forced induction, it raises the stresses in the combustion chamber and you want a motor that isn't already under higher stresses from a higher compression ratio. The vtec engine has a high compression ratio, which is not recommended when you want to turbocharge a motor. The ls has a lower compression ratio, so it is ideal for a turbo.

but doesn't a low compression head gasket do the trick?? cuz i heard that vtec and turbo = badass boost.... might be wrong but money isn't gonna be that much of a problem... and i want like... i guess around 300 to 350...... no more.. no less maybe more.... hehe
