Hey guys, I just recently bought a 94 Jetta III GL. It's kind of a dark reddish-burgundy color, and the paint is sort of faded and ugly on the hood. I want to get it repainted a whole different color, like a dark green or something like that. Does anybody know about how much it would cost to get that done? Thanks in advance.

It depends on what you want to do. If you want to first strip and primer, or if you want to just primer over the red and then paint. It is more expensive to strip and primer, but recomended. The price then depends on the quality of the paint. If you just paint over the existing paint, the cheapest would prob be around $300-$400
