the scond pic isn that bad, but i hope you notice that neither are a 300c (not even the wagon version), but both are the Dodge Magnum. Notice the taillights and wheels on the first pic.

Sorry, I was wrong about that. Under closer inspection, I realized that it is a 300C Touring. Heres 2 pics of it:
