Subwoofer Power cabel/Window Crank

I was trying to find a way to get a sub power cable from the engine bay to the trunk. I dont know where I should route the cable to get throught the fire wall.

Also my windows are manual and I wanted to know how to take the crank arm off to get the door panels off?

Any help I would appreciate it!

Thanks

I actually just ran my power wire underneath the car along the fuel lines and zip tied it there. If you remove the back seat cushion there is a rubber grommet about the size of an inch where i just routed the wire up and then into the trunk.

As for the handle on your door, i would assume it stays on there and it comes off with the whole door panel.

Running sub wires

When i ran my sub wires i couldnt find a way to run it through the firewall either, but after a little bit of looking i found that there is a little rubber plug that sets in where the steering colum goes though the firewall. then just pull it in to the battery. then pop the rubber piece back in so the heat doesnt come through onto your feet.
