95 3.1 V6, Name of part with vacuum outlets under coil pack?
This is for a 95 Century 3.1 V6 Can someone please help me out here? I just got the car running after a head gasket repair. Although I took pics of the motor before the teardown, I didn't get pics of this one part.
It sits under the coil packs and slides down on the long bolts before the coil pack is set down there. It has one electricial plug and two vaccum outlets. I ran that one hose to one of the outlets on it that goes from the PCV valve to the top of the upper intake and then back there somewhere. With the motor running, I feel vaccum on the remaining port so I have a vaccum leak here. I just don't know what goes there. Can anyone give me an idea? Thanks in advance. |

Thanks for the reply. I just now found this post. I have been too busy to check back. I found the vacuum diagram showing exactly where the hoses went and what it was for.
I had one hose on backward and it was causing a huge vacuum leak. |
