What year and model; ie is it a '98 Eddie Bauer, an '01 XLT? It's mainly the year and i can tell you how.
Simplest way is of course to just look in the owners manual.

turn on press and hold the on dial and i thing its the seek or other button + - will advance and change the min and hours
