i was driving down glenway avenue, and this red 2004 celica gt pulls up next to me while moving and slams on the gas and cuts me off, so at the next light, i stick my head out the sun roof and yell "hey jerk off, show me what that things got", (he starts reving his engin, and mind you, i start this race behind him) so the light turns green and we both skid off, i come from behing him and cut him off like 60 ft from the light and win the race. at the next light i stop and wait for him...he pulls up next to me and says "F**K YOU RICER!!", and pulls away running the light, while little dose he know there is a cinci police officer sitting in a lot waiting for speeders. So he ran the ligth right in front of the cop and got slammed....and lost the race.

hahah why do people think celica gt's are fast? anyways what have you done to make your legend 290hp? how much was the stock output?

well my friend has a gts celica 6 speed and it is stock and he can tear up alot of ppl in eclipses and turbo'd civics and stuff... it's crazy... he only races on the track though

i have an 93 acura legend LS, the LS stock put out is 230, i got a cold air intake from AEM, and put proformance headers on it. i am currently looking for a good exaust for it....an i have alot more i want to add also. But its so hard to find proformance parts for a Legend.

very true...you're probably close to about 250 and that's being generous. either way, nice job on the kill. you should have destroyed him because GT's only have 150 hp stock and even less torque

Actually, it's 140 hp and (I think) 128 torque. Not much at all.

i'd say it'd be generous to say you'd even be running 15hp above stock with those two minor bolt on mods but nevertheless good kill, i hate it when people like that think they have the fastest car on the road just because they are always driving wrecklessly through traffic

thats hilarious!!! cop got him...wow glad none of my races have ended like that, cuz they always go after the winner....:-/ i'm usually the winner
