motor mount insert Question?

i just bought a 95 gsr with a 98 ls b18b1 motor... the rear mount is tore up badly... it bangs if i shift too hard

can i buy urethane inserts will they work on stock mounts? let me know

yeah I know energy suspensions makes some, I'm sure there are other companies that do too.

yea but will they work on the stock mounts.... i was told u can't put aftermarket inserts in the stock mounts i would need aftermarket mOUNTS too

No there are ones for stock mounts. A lot of people just buy the inserts instead of buying aftermarket ones like hasport, cuts down on cost and works jsut as well as the "street" versions of the aftermarket ones.
