'94 Died all of a sudden.

Hello, first post. Ok, my girlfriend was driving her car to work going up hill when all of a sudden the car just died. The car will not turn over. When she turns the key, there is nothing but a single click sound coming from under the hood for everytime the key is turned. I tried jumping it with no avail. Does anyone have any ideas? The car was running fine up to this point. All fluid levels are good.

if you were driving and it just died the motor may have seized up on it. It might just be the starter if you're lucky

I don't understand why it would just seize up. This is what you get for buying a Pontiac, I guess.
