no spark s12

new to this car but learned to like it ,was running just fine one day then quit, no spark, has new cap and rotor which is really all iv'e done to it..except lots of other little things...have not a clue where to begin thank's for any help and will keep in touch and even send pics...ps it's a 2.0 ,ca20(e) thank's again...tom

Well if you haven't got an answer yet I have one for you. Mine did the same thing, walked out one day and bam, no compression. no fire from the plugs. Finally had a guy tell me at work to try and take the Spark plugs out and pour a little bit, maybe a cap full of oil down each hole and sit spark plugs, (with distributor caps lines attached) back in. Try and crank it a little until you see them fire. Screw the spark plugs back in and you should be good to go. Hope this helps I have had to do it three times already.

Angry sorry

Well sorry that didn't get you fixed, right now mine doesn't have any power. My alternator went out on me on the ride home last night, left me stranded on the highway. It's $130 for the new one. 150,000 miles and no problems I guess I was expecting at least one.
