What are your thoughts on the following?

ADS Computer Chip For Street Trucks
ADS Computer Chip For Off Road Trucks

Thermo Master Chip
Street Runner Chip

I have read up on these just a little bit and was wondering if these actually do what they say they do? Does anyone have this mod? If so...can you tell a difference?
