need some help
i have a 95 integra ls, with ur basic mods i/h/e next week i'm planning on putting in a skunk2 intake manifold and a type r throttle body what kind of performance gains should i excpect ?? what kind of difference would i see in my q/mile, or is there another ruote i should take

I believe the Skunk 2 Intake manifold gives around 8+HP. As for the throttle body, it should give 1-3HP depending on some things. Expect a 10-12HP gain or so.

do u think i should do somthing else or stick with what im doing i only wanna spend around 4oo and i cant have a comp upgrade cause i might go turbo adventualy but with the headers cold air intake skunk intake manifold exhuast and type R throttle body u think i will be able to take out a GSR with all that on or may be even a 97 prelude
