Re: 390 swap?

The swap it is prety easy, I have a '68 Galaxie with a 390 and took everything out my self then my dad helped me pull it out I am 16. You mite want to get a book on how to take everything apart and tells you the best way to get to everthing. As for the headers Hooker 6130HKR should work and Summit has them for $420.

Re: 390 swap?

Age doesn't matter, it's all in the attitude. It would be a good learning experience for you guys, as you're swapping the same type of engine for the same type of engine. It's about as easy as it gets.

Best of luck!
