Blower Resistor???

Anyone have ANY idea how to get to the Blower Resistor for the Air conditioning. It's only a plug in part, seems easy, but I can not find it. Auto is a 2000 Grand Prix.....Any help would be Awesome!

And if it's behind the Blower Motor, how do I get that out? Newbie here boys!

its in the housing that the blower is mounted to, right next to the blower. It's mounted with two screws and you should be able to see it under the dash on the passenger side

blower motor resistor

First post. I just scanned the site and found the exact thread I need! Can the resistor be removed without removing the blower on the 2000 grand prix? I just removed the cover on the passenger side and can see the blower, but I don't know what the resistor looks like? I tried to just follow the wires, but I couldn't quite locate it.
