1999 chevy suburban wont start
i have a 1999 chevy suburban which really stumps me! one day it would not start and thought it was the battery, so i changed it and it started right up. about a day later it wouldnt start again, so i listen and didnt hear my fuel pump turn on, so i changed the fuel pump, behold it started right up and ran for about 2 days then died. tried to start it but it wants to start(it has spark). listened again and i dont hear the fuel pump. can anyone help me! sometimes it will start and runs good. the relay is good checked all the fuses. and i also changed the fuel pump and filter about 5 months prior.

There have been problems with the fuel pump connector, inside the fuel tank. Pull the plug off the fuel pump and look for spread or bad contacts.
Hope this helps. |
