rear ac expansion valve, where is it?
On my 93 suburban the front ac vents work great, but the rear ones blow out warm air. I have read the forums on this same problem and I want to check the expansion valve in the rear, but where exactly is it? do I have to take the entire rear AC apart to get to it?

Quote:
If you take the right side panels off you will see the HVAC unit..You can cut the plastic housing to gain access to the TXV...( use a rotory tool to cut a neat hole and you can put everything back togather) You will need to have the refridgerant reclaimed before starting the repair
