Oil is Gold when new, and turns to brown.. then black. Most likely Oil.
Check to see if the oil filter is on tight, and if the oil pan drain plug is tight.

That means jacking the car up and crawling under. Yes, you'll have to get dirty. Sack up for 5 minutes and take a looksie.

Tranny fluid is a Redish/Purpleish/Pinkish color. Did you ever check your transmission fluid like I said? If the tranny is acting sluggish, it could be lack of fluid.

Unless, the tranny fluid is burnt. Then it'd turn blackish. Does it smell burnt? Take the car into the dealership if it seems burnt.

I cannot help you, if you don't help yourself. Seeing as I'm here and you're there. I can't just come over and help*, so you gotta try somethings out.

* - No, I wouldn't come and help you even if you were next door. Unless you had really nice tits.

Why would it leak? Why do we breath? I dunno, get under there and check it out. Check the seals, look for any wet areas covered in fluid.

It's called ATF, Automatic Transmission Fluid.

Go to your glovebox and pull out your car's operating manual. Check under general maintanence. And look up Automatic Transmissions. It should show you a picture of where the damn dipstick is. If not, take the car to your local autoparts store/mechanic and ask somebody to help you out.
