bad miss
I have a 96 taurus that has two dead cylinders. the front center and driver rear. When the engine is running I pull each wire off the coil and those two cylinders will not affect the way the engine is idling. I have checked the compression it was at 135 psi. I am getting good spark to the plug. I have swapped fuel injectors and did not affect anything. You can feal the injector pulse so I don't think it is in the wiring of the injector. I have pulled off the valve cover rocker move ok no broken spring or rod. Pulled codes just gives me misfire 3,5,6 and cam position sensor. I have swapped wires, coil and cam position sensor all of which did not help. What am I missing?

Re: bad miss
sounds funny but many times you can get spark but not enough - have been finding a lot of bad plug wire lately - try switching plug wires from two other cylinders and see if the miss moves
