White wheels on a black honda civic?

Just a quick question and I wanted to get some of your feedback on. I recently upgraded from a white 92 civic dx 4d,r to a black 96 civic 4dr ex and I had a set of 4 motegi MR7 (17") wheels (white). Would it look stupid to put the white wheels on my black civic? Just want to get some other tuner's opinions? Thanks. Also any feedback on possible style ideas would be great also

If you like it go for it. Wheel preferance is a personal thing.

I don't think I would like it, but my opinion has never mattered before

There's a black 2 dr ex ridin around here (just like mine) with white rims on it - - -looks good. Might even consider white when looking for my next set.

Thumbs up

like everyone said- it's all personal preference man.

I personally think white rims look pretty sweet. I know a kid with a grey lowered civic ex with white 16"s - looks pretty sweet

black and white are always good juxtopositions for colors, i think it'd look okay. Just make sure to keep your car spotless at all times, I'm sure white rims look dirty quick, and I know black paint sure as hell does

Re: White wheels on a black honda civic?

One thing bad about white wheels is they get dirty the first time you step on the brakes. Kinda annoying.

But wheels, like body kits is all personal preferance. One person might like it while another doesn't.
