Montana wont start Pass-Key III?

Drive van to destination, get back in will not start, Lights work and radio plays not starter crank, Tried other key about 30 min. after first key no crank. About 4 hours later went to check on van and started right up with original key. Dealer has it now and cannot make it happen. This has happened 4 times, one time on dealer on the lot when we went to pick it up after could not duplicate. They replaced the starter solenoid.

Any help on maybe possible Pass-Key III system issues.

I know it is hard for a dealer to fix something that they can not duplicate. We have a vacation planned soon and do not want to get stuck at a gas station at fill-up.

Thanks in advance for any assistance

I will post cure if there is one.

Got the van back today, Dealer said they duplicated problem.

Replace ignition switch part number 26268745 switch 2.188, NOT the tumbler switch but something in the steering column. Lets hope it fixed it.
