Question SSr Comp on 04 accord coupe

I have 04 accord v-6 coupe

I am trying to replace my 16" steel wheel to ssr comp

I personally want 16/7.5 , however would this wheel fit my car?

should I try 18/7.5? I went to tirerack and they offered only 18" for

accord.

Will I have a problem if I install 16" ssr-c?

Also, can u guys recommend me any light tires? with good quality.

Re: SSr Comp on 04 accord coupe

Dont go for 16s, accords look shitty with the stock rims, go for 18s or 19s. They fit perfectly.

Go for 18/40/225
18/45/225
19/35/225

Yokohamas Parada Specs.

I care more of performance. Woudn't 18 inch ssr-c slow the acceleration significantly? and if I pick 18"
should I pick 7.5" width or 8" width?

I doubt 8 width would fit unless you get a lower than normal offset. or get like a 5mm spacer. I'd go with 7.5 width. As for diameter size, don't worry about what other people say "looks best" if you want performance, then you want to smallest diameter that suits you, in your case "16. SSR Comps are very light wheels to begin with.

For the sake of referance, the 16x8 SSR Comps weight just 12 pounds. 18x7.5 weigh a very respectable 14.5 pounds. So either one will be fine really, because 14.5 is an average weight for most typical light weight "16's. But lighter is always better. I have "16x7 Rota Grid wheels myself and I'm very much into the handling performance of my car, they weigh in at 14.5 pounds. So the 18x7.5 SSR's would be fine IMO, but it's all your preferance.
