my lancer improvements

just thought i would update some of you on my car since i reported last time i have added a momo raptor shifter carbon fiber, cut the bumper to fit the muffler, raised the muffler to the bumper and replaced the underneath pipe with 2 1/4" from the cat back, painted the calipers silver to match the 17's, i am going to baton rouge this weekend and i might get it dropped a couple of inches what do ya think raceghost?

Sounds Good

But why did you cut the bumper, I guess if it looks ok, then sweet, but don't leave me to think that the bumper looks...eh...rednecked.
Anyways, the painting of the brakes, I need to do that. I think i will go with red. My car is white, And I want to do a Red interior, Momo or Corbeau seats, not sure which. I found some sweet Corbeau's and some sweet Momo seats but Momo is so damned over priced. My shift knob was $90.00, My stearing wheel in one of my earlier threads was $300.00, and the seat belt pads were $50.00, that was without the shipping to get them hear. I hear the Momo seats are upwards of $600.00. So I might just go with the Corbeau's.
Anyway's sounds good, what type of exhaust did you put on again?

Almost forgot...

What type of springs or coil-overs are you using for the drop?
Eibach said they will have there's ready in late Feb.
I like Eibach, and Koni's. So what are you going to use?

gotta go with eibach and it looks kinda redneckish. the only problem was that when cutting the bumper her couldnt do the underlay like the factory hole but it is barely noticable. i got the muffler raised and pulled back in for the drop. the muffler is ractive with the slanted pipes. i wanted greddy but i didnt want to wait on it. corbeau seats are more than momo!!!! where have you found corbeau for cheaper than momo??????? yea i feel ya on the shifter mine was $80 raptor in carbon fiber. i plan on getting a wheel but not sure which one yet. i was thinking on the apache or the team??? i dunno. o yea my exhaust is much deeper now that i have 2 1/4 from the cat back and hp and tor lost in the low end but gained in the top end. i can make 78 in 3rd. it was 70. i need a turbo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! rre do you here me???? holla back

Sounds good...

The seats I found out of a dealer here in town and they are cheaper than Momo. The seat I want is the Corbeau that looks like the Momo "Street Racer seat" That seat for Momo was quoted to me with brackets for just under $600.00, The corbeau look a like is on $475 with brackets.
So any ways, you went with a reactive exaust? Lost even more low end. Hmmmm. I don't know what to think now. And get your turbo from this place in Vegas http://www.ddynopower.com/ I've talked with these guys, and the HP gains is way more than RRE.

Eibach's pro kit is ready now! go to their site and check the application guide and you will see...Injen intake from the lancer0z17 guy is coming out in about 1 week. plus, Jet performance is making a perfromance chip in 2 months roughly.
