i found this amusing 01-02 Ws6 ram airs run 4.8 to 60


this gentleman. must be an egoist..

No way in hell could the Xj. keep up with any ram ( 01-02.). or even the pop mechanic 99 issue which it was ripped by a 99 Ws6


when stock.. my Ws6 auto turned that time.. its amusing you blue bloods thing you Ford made luxo CAN BEAT OR EVEN HANG WITH A DEDICATED MUSCLE CAR Ram Air Ws6..

i found it amusing and thought you should know..
and don't rag on the Ws6 ride at 165 it is like glass

and can easily handle out slalom and out brake the XJ


GET A GRIP.. THE WS6 IS BARELY ECLISPED BY A 03 SUPERCHARGEd COBRA 12.9 VS 13.1


The XJ 8 is a fine car.. but don't compare it with a Semi exotic

thtough Bfg KD's and a cheap lwering kit.. and its a total handler..aswell as accelerator

and top end like glass.. and its the meanest looking car on the roads sans the Viper

Vette (lpe,) Mustang and a totally Non stock Ws6

this was a post on another forum

even with a 390s/c engine.. and its weight.. no

the 01-02 ls1 have ugraded Ls6 parts.. mainly Ls6 intake manifold, exhaust manifold, the truck 6.0 liter cam.and much more aggresive programing stock.. not to mention that 1 out of 5 F-bodies recieved.. or were allocated LS6 Blocks because of a glut..


Now you think your blue bloods are superior.. well i'll let you in on a secret i'm a blue blood.. but i support my country..

The Ws6 RAM AIR IN 01-02 FORM CAN EASILY ACHIEVE 4.8 STOCK IN 0-60 WHILE THE JAG AT BEST MAY RUN A 5.1 -5.2

THATS ALMOST 1/2 A SECOND AND AT THAT LOW SPEED IS AN EMBARASSMENT

Don wanna start anything, but you don't have a clue wat ur talking bout. The fact is you can never have the prestige and the luxury in your ws6 and along w/ that it can still blow the doors off some so called "sports car" and it can probably hang with ur WS6. You are comparing a four door full-size luxuary sedan with a light wieght 2-door sports car. I dunno how these two even compare.

You make no sense at all. Jags are not 1/4 mile dragsters, not meant to be. They are fantastic very fast luxury cars. People take Jags to their country club not the strip.

I see lots of Jags at my CC, never saw a Ws6, hmm.............

Why don't you sell a few of those cars from your "stable" and buy an XKR? You could drive it to an adult night class and learn English !!
