putty difference?

i was jst lookign round on ebay, and i found these, bt was wondering whats the difference between them all, and which one would be the best for a beginer and for car models, thanks

Epoxy putty
Polyester Putty
Quick type
or smoother type

am planning on building a wide bodykit for the initial d fujimi 86, because i scred up on the whole spraying thing, so am gonna start again
