318 98 ram - truck acted like bad fuel pump checked fuse and relays and they checked out. then put on lift changed pump. it ran fine on the lift but when i put it back on the ground same problems. check wires and fuel lines for pinches and abnormailities, found nothing. anybody ever heard of this?? i am baffled.
