Knocking noise

hello, i have a 2002 Pontiac Sunfire with the 2.2 ecotech DOHC engine and I'm hearing a knocking noise. Now i just fixed a low oil pressure problem but the knocking is still there but it is not as loud. The knocking only happens when you accelerate but if i keep it at the same RPM for like two seconds the knocking kinda stops. now this car does not have lifters so what could be the problem? it does have something called a lash adjuster and that is what the rocker arm sits on to. one or two of my cam lobs are slightly scored including the rocker arm. I am sure that one of my rocker arm or lash adjusters are damaged and have to be replaced but I'm not sure which one it could be. so if you could help me out in determining which one it could be it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
