Synapse/Missing Link MAP bypass valve

anyone have any experience using one? i installed one on my Prelude in lieu of bleeder valves, and now the ECU cuts fuel when it sees boost.

anyone else ever ran into this before? got a solution?

Ummm, the missing link bypass valve is basically a bleeder valve. The only way your ecu should "see" boost is if you didn't install it properly or are running more boost than the valve is supposed to bleed off. Make sure that the vacuum lines are connected properly according to the instructions and get back to us.

found the problem... mine was missing a very essential part. the sealing O-ring was missing, so the valve would get pushed into the recessed chamber under boost.

thanks!
