Who has seen Pimp My Ride???

I have caught the first couple of episodes of Pimp My Rides on MTV.I gotta admit that its a good show. You see how a big budget can turn any car into something hot. Has anybody else caught the show?

i saw it. that Hyjet suv thing was ugly pimped and not pimped. that black girls caddy was sick. it sucks they only do cosmetics to it. they're still running a 1978 caddy engine and the hyjet is a 60 3 cylinder.

i wonder what happens when these people get into an accident. Are they expected to pay to match a $5,000 paint job or replace 20" chromies.

It's pretty cool. Still trying to figure out why anyone would buy a Hyjet in the first place though. That's a head scratcher.

I hope they are swapping the engines for these people cuz if they are driving around with about 20 grand worth of mods on their car and still running and old ass engine then thats just disrespectful. And I was thinking the same thing about what would they do if they got in an accident.

Also, I gotta see what they do to that Civic, but personally I think a Civic is too easy to Pimp out. everybody knows that a Civic has unlimited capabilities for mods. and 100's of aftermarket parts. They should pick a car that would be more challenging.

Live in Southern Cali
Own your car

Also, I think they're more likely to hook up your ride if it has body or interior damage. Remember, the crappier your car is, the better.
