5th gen accord w/ H22A or 2nd gen Teg w/ b18C1

ok, I have found acords here with lots of miles for under 5k, and integras wiht lots of miles for under 4k. I know i wanna swap so the miles isnt a problem as long as it looks like the rest of the car was taken care of. Anyways, which of these cars would win in race, just straight down the road? I was thinking of putting the B18C5 (i think its the type r code..??) but then i found out it is like 5800 for the motor/tranny, etc... and it is only 2300 for the lude and for the gsr it is oin the mid 3k range i think. so each car would be equal cost when done, also which of these 2 would corner better? the accord is a 4 dr. and the teg is a 2 dr.

and another ?, would a JRSC'ed 94 LS just blow these away?

well, as you propably can tell as my username has changed, what i bought it has I/H/E and some mods to make it look good, but i am thinking of AEM tru power pullys, 50 shot dry system, AEM high flo fuel rail, holly high pressure fuel pump.

I should pick it up this next tuesday but at the very LATEST! the 23rd of this mopnth, they are holdin it on a small down payment for it, the only reason I wont have it by tuesday is if it is not painted by then. it is just geting touchd up on the front, no different color, and i might be able to go chameleon for a fair price, whaqt colors would look gookd, ive seen a white and blue, a black orange and purple and a red and orange, they were all cool, but i dont kbnow what colors ot choose.
