FX35 20" Wheels And Snow Question

Can anyone tell me how the 20" wheels do in heavy snow conditions? We get 2-300 inches up here in the UP of Michigan. I'm in the process of buying a 2003 FX35 with the sport package. I've heard some negative reports on how the bigger wheels do in the snow.
