ITs just a letter GM gave the camaro and firebird to help identify them. The cavaliers and sunfires are j bodys. Theres A and G bodies, all kinds but thats all they mean. Im pretty sure it doesnt have anything to do with fisher bodies.

Fisher bodies was just a division that gm bought up years ago.
The logo is in other cars too. |
