How do I get an Avatar?

I checked in my profile and stuff, and I found the "change avatar" button, but it didn't do anything for me- I though the only requirement was to have 100 posts- is there something Else that I'm lacking?

i think u have to import your own avatar.....i have yet to get 100 posts but i am VERY close ya

Profile ==> Edit Options

Avatar is at the bottom. Make sure you have turn the option "on" as well
