Door Paint Peel - 1999 Intrigue

I have paint peeling off the lower front of the back doors, BOTH. Just a small 2" by three inch patch. I also have a friend with a 2000 Intrigue with exactly the same problem. What are my options? This is a manufacturers flaw.
