I Need Help! : Paint

Hey guys I have seen some of your paintjobs and most of them look like the car looks like tat right out of the box. I just can not make my paintjobs even come close to looking like that. So...I have a Porsche 911 Targa that is just to plain and could use a paintjob. Could you guys tell me,step by step, how to do a paintjob that will look good. I already have all the windows,lights,interior,etc. taken out of the car.
