Transmission Fluid Change

Hi all,
I have a 95 Maxima and it has about 93k on it...from reading posts on this topic, I'm guessing I need one rite now?

Desperately. Flush the whole system; drop the pan, clean the magnet, the whole nine yards.

Is there a filter to change too, I am asking for automatic transmission.

Yeah, there's a screen you can change but what I suggest to be most important is cleaning the magnet and repalcing all the fluid.
