lowering springs
are eibach 1.3 and KYBs any good ? whats better? remember im 285lbs

They should both be good. I won't worry about your weight if the stock car can handle it then either of these springs should. Get some KYB AGX with them and you'll be fine. No many people switch from KYB to Eibach or the other way around so a direct comparison is tough. I think they are both proven companies.

Eibach + KYB is an extremely good combo. The combination of the gas shocks with the progressive springs, thumbs up. But again with the eibachs, you won't get much of a drop
