changing power steering fluid, 94 LeSabre

I'm a newbie at doing all the work on my own car, but I am trying to learn as much as possible so I don't have to shell out so much money for maintenance I can do myself! My power steering fluid is getting kinda gunky... how do I change it? I know there should be a release valve somewhere (like with flushing the coolant), but I don't know where to look. Thanks!
