I was wonderring if anyone has some words of wisdom for doing my u-joint replacement meself. Anything I should know beforehand? Thanks!!

The retainers that hold the U joints in are plastic and injected molded inside the yoke. You may be able to use a drill to break their hold(should be a hole in the yoke where the plastic was injected). Use a marker of some kind to mark the orientation of the driveshaft before removing(yoke to yoke) as they are balanced and you could have some vibration if reassembled incorrectly. Some people have used a torch to remove the plastic retainer, but it is not recommended
